Shipping Policy

We aim to ship within three business days once an order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and unforeseen events like COVID-19) via Atripco Delivery through their Ground delivery services. For peace of mind, all orders receive automatic package tracking. 

 

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport. If the address provided is not verified and is returned to Rise Market Inc., the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent. 

 

Where We Deliver

While we expect to services all of Ontario in the near future, we currently only ship east to west from Oshawa to Cambridge, going as far north as Barrie. Within this delivery range, we do not service "0" postal codes.

Shipping Timelines

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 24 hours.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is calculated at checkout when you spend $59 CAD after discount codes but before taxes.  

 

Subsidized Shipping Rates

For orders below $59 CAD, we are happy to offer subsidized rates of $12 per order.

  

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. 

 

Additions or Cancellations

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately at info@risemarket.ca Just try to catch us before your order has shipped and we'll fix it!

 

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 12 hours by email: the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

 

Rise Market Inc. reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
