Amano has been crafting Japanese-style soy sauce since 1939, by hand and in small batches that allow for the utmost in quality control. All their products are GMO free, and made by an artisan process. Amano Soy Sauce is carefully aged in barrels for up to a year, giving a delicate finish. Soy sauce is an excellent addition to any marinade, dressing, or sauce, and is also on its own, for a touch of umami.
Ingredients: Filtered water, whole soy beans, wheat, salt, sugar, caramel, sodium benzoate (less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), brewing starter (aspergillius sojae).
