Our Story

In June of 2020, our team met over lunch with a big appetite and an even bigger vision. The idea sprouted into Rise Market and its founding principles of a community-first marketplace.

 

We wanted to build a stronger future for communities in our local neighbourhoods and the larger network of local, health-minded businesses and entrepreneurs. Small local brands deserve a platform to champion their journey in bringing Canadian families the best healthy foods.

 

The word Rise inspires our team to keep reaching for something better, something that you can be proud to belong to.
