Refund policy
We accept all returns on applicable products within 14 days from shipping date. Returned products should be shipped to 34 Glenwood Ave. Toronto Ontario M6P 3C6. RiseMarket.ca will ONLY pay for a return label if a product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
All returns must be approved by customer service via email before sending them back to us. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team at info@risemarket.ca. Please note that a product may be required to be returned (or an approved photo showing the damage) in order for a refund to be issued.
Your experience is important to us so if we can make it right, we will. As an online market, we rely on shipping to service our members and due to our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we do not accept returns of any item once it ships. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of a particular item, please notify us via info@risemarket.ca within 21 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to remedy the issue.
Our freshness guarantee:
We guarantee that we will not ship any product with less than 30 days remaining before its best before date with the exception of snack items (chips, crackers, puffs) with no less than 15 days remaining. If our team missed a date, please contact us and we will be happy to address this for you. Do not dispose of the product before the issue is resolved.
In an effort to reduce food waste, we may offer items with shorter dates and these will be noted on the product page and in the checkout cart. Any items purchased with short dates that are noted on the website will be considered FINAL sale items.
Membership:
We make it easy to decide if a Rise Market membership is right for you. When you sign-up for Rise Market we allow you to try the annual membership risk-free for 30 days (one risk-free membership per customer/email address or shipping address is allowed), meaning we will not charge your card within the first 30 days of signing up.
If you decide that Rise Market is not for you, you can contact Membership Services within the 30 day trial period to get a full refund of your annual fee. Please send all cancelation notifications to info@risemarket.ca. If you fail to cancel within the first 30-days, and still want to cancel your membership, then a 10% handling fee will be charged on eligible cancelations.
