Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. However, we do reserve 3 to 5 business days to fulfill your order in case any of the items are out of stock due to delayed shipments from our suppliers, or during busy seasons. We ship via a variety of carriers including Fleet Optics, Flashbox Delivery, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Canpar through Ground Delivery services. For peace of mind, all orders receive automatic package tracking.

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.

If the address provided is not verified and is returned to Rise Market Inc., the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

Free shipping is calculated at checkout when you spend $59 CAD after discount codes but before taxes. For orders below $59, we are happy to offer subsidized rates of $12 per order.

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. 

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 12 hours by email: if the order has been picked by our automated warehouse, then a restocking fee of $2/item will be charged or if the order has shipped the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Sold Out or Discontinued Items

Occasionally an item sells out or may be back ordered and we may need to issue a refund or cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Credit Memo confirming the refund. Note that we are not responsible for any out of stock items and cannot guarantee product availability on the website at all times. 

Rise Market Inc. reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
