Free shipping on all orders over $59.
For orders below, we charge $12.
We aim to ship within three business days once an order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and unforeseen events like COVID-19) via Atripco Delivery, Canada Post, FedEx and Canpar through their Ground delivery services. For peace of mind, all orders receive automatic package tracking.
We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.
If the address provided is not verified and is returned to Rise Market Inc., the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.
We aim to service all homes in the province of Ontario, Canada, with some remote areas being excluded. If you choose to place your order despite our recommendation to cancel, Rise Market will not be responsible for product spoilage or product quality (ex. Chocolate melting in the Summer or items freezing in the Winter) and the delivery fee may be charged back to the customer. Please note that Rise Market has the ability to cancel an order at any time if we are unable to ship it.
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 24 hours.
Free shipping is calculated at checkout when you spend $59 CAD after discount codes but before taxes. For orders below $59, we are happy to offer subsidized rates of $12 per order.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately at email@example.com. Try to catch us before your order has shipped and we'll fix it!
If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 12 hours by email: the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Rise Market Inc. reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
