Naturally sweet, our organic coconut contains no added sugars or sulphites. It’s rich in the saturated fat lauric acid, which has been shown to increase good cholesterol in the blood, as well as filling fibre. It’s also a source of iron and protein.
Fresh and versatile, organic shredded coconut is not only the main ingredient in delicious macaroons, it’s also a great addition to cereals, smoothies, porridge, fruit salads and baked goods such as muffins, cookies, cakes and granola. You can even make your own homemade coconut milk with only shredded coconut and water!
