Made from organic coconuts harvested from regenerative organic orchards in Sri Lanka and sourced on fair trade terms. Never picked by monkeys, Cha's coconuts are obtained by their partnering farmer groups climbing the trees to collect ripe coconuts.
How To Use:
For optimal results, place the can of coconut whipping cream in the fridge min 2-4 hours prior to use. Scoop solid contents into a large bowl and whip with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. This whipping cream will not droop, melt or separate after icing your desserts!
Step 1: For best results, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before use.
Step 2: Scoop the pre-chilled coconut whipping cream into a large mixing bow.
Step 3: Using an electric beater*, whip 1 to 2 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Step 4: Add your desired flavourings and sweeteners if desired and continue to whip until well combined.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.
* This product will not whip effectively with a hand whisk.
Do I have to turn the whipping cream can upside down to refrigerate?
Gone are the days of scooping only the top half of the coconut cream! This is an entire solid product that will aerate to a creamy coconut whipped cream with your electric beaters. No need to waste any product and you'll have enough for all your cupcakes!
Can I add other flavours to it?
Absolutely! Use your desired sweetener and flavourings such as vanilla, cacao or matcha to further compliment the dessert you are icing.
